- 16 oz. fresh strawberries, stemmed, hulled and quartered
- ½ cup lime juice
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup white rum, optional
- 4-5 cups ice
- In a bowl mix together strawberries, sugar and lime juice in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until ice and strawberries are thoroughly blended. Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
