Potato chips have found their perfect match in this dip loaded with cheese, bacon and chives.

- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- ¼ cup chopped chives
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Potato chips
- In a bowl combine sour cream, cheese, bacon, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and hot sauce until combined. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to combine flavors.
- Serve with potato chips.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
Purchasing fully cooked bacon strips is a great time saver in this recipe; just crisp according to package instructions. About 4 ounces of cooked bacon will equal 1 cup of chopped bacon.
