Orange Teriyaki Halibut

Marinate a delicious piece of whitefish in Soy Vay® Sauce, cover it with thin orange slices, bake and serve.

Serves 4
  • 1 lb. halibut or cod filet
  • 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 Mandarin orange thinly sliced
  • Serve with extra Soy Vay® Sauce & a squeeze or two of orange (as desired) to each filet)
  1. Divide the fish into four 4-ounce portions.
  2. Arrange the fish in a large glass (non–reactive) pan.
  3. Arrange the orange slices on top of the fish
  4. Pour the Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce over the fish
  5. Chill covered for 1 hour, turning once.
  6. Preheat the grill.
  7. Cook the fish over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  8. The orange slices can be grilled and used as a garnish.
  9. Discard any leftover marinade.
